Lauryn Hill is very thankful to the people who penned letters on her behalf to the judge that recently sentenced her to three months behind bars due to her tax delinquency issues. Hill was facing seven years for the evasion charges, but after securing a few more weeks to come up with the money, the judge gave her a light sentence.
In a letter to supporters around the world, including legend Stevie Wonder and R&B songstress Alicia Keys, Hill delivered her sincere appreciation:
