As part of The Wat-aah! Foundation sponsored “Move Your Body 2013” campaign, many celebs participated in a PSA to kick off the third annual nationwide kids exercise event to take place on May 1. The event supports First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move!” platform that sets out to address the nation’s childhood obesity epidemic.

On May 1 in New York and Los Angeles at 1:42 EST and 10:42 PST, 250,000 kids in over 600 schools in cities across the country such as Washington D.C., Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, San Diego, Phoenix, Portland and Jacksonville have signed on to do the Let's Move! Flash Workout; a choreographed dance to Beyonce’s “Move Your Body,” a re-recording from her hit single “Get Me Bodied.”

Ever since its inception in 2011, the “Move Your Body” campaign has grown nationwide, thanks to the kids. "The WAT-AAH! Foundation is committed to facilitating this event for the thousands of participating students, acknowledging their hard work and their desire to live healthy lives,” said Rose Cameron, CEO and Founder of WAT-AAH!. “It has become more than a fun, well-choreographed exercise routine with great music, it is a celebration of the children’s efforts to stay healthy and the WAT-AAH! Foundation will not abandon them. May 1st is the day we celebrate the children and applaud their efforts.”

Watch the Luke James, Jacob Latimore, Mindless Behavior, Eve, other famous faces and children dance to Beyonce’s “Move Your Body” in the PSA below.

It’s not every day that you get to see some of your favorite actors, singers and dancers team up for a good cause. But on March 1st, 2013 Luke James, Mindless Behavior, and other talented individuals took part in the PSA for WAT-AAH!’s Move Your Body campaign. This incredible initiative is designed to promote healthy lifestyles among teens by encouraging them to engage in physical activity – something we can all use more of! Through this collaboration between these stars and WAT-AAH!, it’s clear that they are passionate about getting young people off their couches and into active activities like dancing or playing sports. Read on to learn how this powerful union came together!

Wat-Aah!’S Move Your Body 2013 Campaign

WAT-AAH!, the health and wellness beverage company, has launched its Move Your Body 2013 campaign. This exciting initiative is encouraging kids and teens to become active in an effort to combat childhood obesity. The movement features some of today’s hottest young performers, including R&B sensation Luke James, hip hop group Mindless Behavior, social media stars Sophia Grace & Rosie, and teen actress China Anne McClain.

This star-studded event is designed to raise awareness for the importance of exercise among children and teenagers. It encourages participants to create their own “move your body” videos while dancing along with their favorite artists. By showing off their moves on YouTube or other social media outlets, they are helping spread the message about staying healthy through physical activity. Additionally, WAT-AAH! will donate $1 per video submission up to a total of $50K throughout the duration of this program.

The Move Your Body 2013 campaign offers something fun for everyone – from groups of friends getting together for dance parties at home or school; to solo users trying out new grooves in front of a camera; even families who want to join in by creating team dances that get everybody moving! In addition to raising money for charity, it also provides a platform where creativity can be expressed freely without judgment. So come show off your moves and help make a difference!

Celebrity Involvement

To further emphasize the importance of staying active, WAT-AAH! has enlisted some leading young celebrities to join in on the movement. R&B singer Luke James and hip hop group Mindless Behavior have signed on as official spokespeople for Move Your Body 2013. They’ll be performing their own “move your body” videos to encourage kids and teens everywhere to get up and move. Joining them are social media sensations Sophia Grace & Rosie, who will show us how they shake it off; along with teen actress China Anne McClain, who’s sure to bring her signature energy to this campaign.

The goal is simple: To inspire our youth to lead healthier lifestyles through physical activity while having fun at the same time. And what better way than by joining forces with some of today’s hottest stars? Through these celebrity endorsements, we hope that more children and teenagers will take part in WAT-AAH!’s mission of promoting healthy living through exercise.

We know that being physically active can help improve one’s overall health – not just now but into adulthood as well. So let’s get out there and move our bodies! It doesn’t matter if you’re doing a dance routine or playing tag outside – every bit counts towards a healthier lifestyle. Let’s make Move Your Body 2013 an incredible success together!

Conclusion

In conclusion, WAT-AAH!’s Move Your Body 2013 Campaign was a great success. The involvement of celebrities like Luke James and Mindless Behavior helped to spread the message about healthy living for young people. Their participation in the PSA made it more accessible and engaging for kids everywhere.

I think this campaign is an important step forward in terms of promoting healthier lifestyles among children and teens. It’s inspiring that these stars are so willing to take action on such an important issue. By showing kids how fun staying active can be, they’re helping create positive habits that will last a lifetime.

Overall, I’m very proud of everyone involved with WAT-AAH!’s Move Your Body 2013 Campaign. They have demonstrated their commitment to making sure our youth make good choices when it comes to health and fitness. We should all do what we can to support them in their mission and help ensure that future generations grow up feeling empowered by physical activity.
