Jeffrey Simon Hubbard, an Atlanta area man, has plead not guilty to a number of charges following the death of Kile Glover, R&B singer Usher's stepson and son of Tameka Raymond.
Hubbard's attorney entered not guilty pleas for charges including homicide by vessel in the first degree, reckless operation of a vessel, unlawful operation of a personal watercraft, serious injury by vessel and a boat traffic violation, Tuesday.
According to the Gainesville Times, Hubbard could face at least three years in prison for this role in the death of Kile Glover and injuring Jordan Shepp, who was severely injured when Hubbard's jet ski collided with a raft on Lake Lanier.
Shepp suffered a severe injury to her left arm and her scalp is described as "seriously disfigured."
Kile Glover had been vacationing with his father, Ryan Glover, at the time of the accident.
Hubbard's next court date has not been announced at this point.
