"American Idol" alum Jessica Sanchez rocked the Spirit of Life Gala in Los Angeles Wednesday.Performing as a special guest at the event, which was celebrate contributions to research center the City of Hope, Sanchez joined guests including Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears and Jordin Sparks.As widely reported, Sanchez placed second on "American Idol" earlier this year. She is said to be working on her debut album.
