Mommy Bey was spotted leaving luxury department store Bergdorf Goodman in Manhattan on July 18 with daughter Blue in tote. Shielding the infant from the paparazzi's flashing bulbs, Beyonce emerged from the store sporting a beehive of braids swept up in an elegant bun, a look we haven't seen Bey rock since 99'. Both Bey and baby Blue look like their trying to keep cool in these sweltering record temperatures!
