Bobby Brown is free to do as he pleases following an early afternoon arrest in Los Angeles for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
Posting an undisclosed amount of bail, Brown is now awaiting a court date.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Bobby Brown was pulled over for driving without a hands free phone device, illegal in California since 2009. Officers then conducted a sobriety test on the “Every Little Step” singer and he failed.
This is Brown’s second arrest for driving while intoxicated, he was convicted of the same offense in Georgia. In 1996, Brown served eight days in jail.
If convicted, Bobby Brown could face up to a $1,000 fine, six months in jail and a several month driver license suspension.
While authorities have not revealed the results of his sobriety test, Gossip Cop is reporting that Brown was at 0.12%, way above the .08% limit in the state of California.
