Rihanna Blasts Reports: I Don’t Do Things For Controversy

Despite the many attempts she has made to push the proverbial envelope, Rihanna insists what she wears, what she tweets and what she does across the board is not to garner a “response” from the public.

Blasting reports that her “nip slip,” earlier this week, was to garner attention, Rihanna said “I don’t do things for the response or for the controversy. I just live my life.”

In related news, Rihanna’s controversial “Birthday Cake Remix” is the week’s top airplay gainer on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop Songs Chart. Rocketing 17 to 7 this week, the song has been on the chart for four weeks.

She has also shot a music video for the next single to be taken from her album, “Talk That Talk”. Titled “Where Have You Been,” the video should be out soon.
