Former Destiny’s Child star Kelly Rowland has landed at No. 3 with the release of her third studio album, ‘Here I Am.’ Lead by the No. 1 single “Motivation,” the set sold 76,399 copies, according to Hits Daily Double. ‘Here I Am’ marks Rowland’s first top 3 album in the U.S. but becomes here lowest first week release. ‘Simply Deep’ debuted at #12 with 77,000 units sold and ‘Ms. Kelly’ came in at #6 with 83,000.
According to reports, Jennifer Lopez will receive a hefty paycheck after resigning with American Idol for a second season. An insider tells TheWrap that J.Lo gets “a smidge over” $20 million with the new contract. This is a huge raise from the $12 million she reportedly earned the first season.
