NEW RELEASES: Keyshia Cole, Keri Hilson, Jamie Foxx, More

Keyshia Cole, “Calling All Hearts” (Interscope) The upcoming release of her fourth studio album ‘Calling All Hearts,’ allows the world to view this hit maker in a light she is rarely seen in. Keyshia Cole has earned three platinum albums by sharing her heartache but on this album, it’s about mending a broken heart and finding love. The “happy Keyshia” feels honest about her new direction and have no qualms about being vulnerable to her fans. “I think that’s what music is all about. I think that is the reason why there are singers and people out there that express themselves artistically through their music it’s because it allows you to be a voice,” Cole tells Singersroom. “The better the music, the more personal it is. The more personal it is, the better the album.” ‘Calling All Hearts’ is lead by the singles “Long Way Down” and “I Ain’t Thru,” featuring Nicki Minaj. Keri Hilson, “No Boys Allowed” (Interscope) With the release of ‘No Boys Allowed,’ Keri Hilson is leaving the boys at home and bringing all the men to the yard. ‘No Boys Allowed’ is a deeply personal project designed to bring women to their feet. The provocative title, is not what you may think,” says Hilson. “It’s not about excluding men. It’s more about women understanding that there comes a time in your life when you want a man. A real man. A grown up. Not a boy. And that’s not a bad thing.” The set is Hilson’s follow-up to the Gold certified debut ‘In A Perfect World…,’ and is lead by the singles “Breaking Point,” produced by Timbaland and “Pretty Girl Rock,” which paid tribute to music greats like Janet Jackson, Diana Ross and TLC in the music video. The set also feature the raw and aggressive club track “The Way You Love Me” feat. Rick Ross and produced by Polow Da Don. Jamie Foxx, “’Best Night of My Life” (J Records) Multi-talented superstar Jamie Foxx releases his fourth studio album ‘Best Night of My Life,’ lead by the hot new single “Fall For Your Type” featuring rapper Drake. Best Night’s mix of sexy R&B ballads and R-rated raps gives a sense of what it’s like to hang with or be hit upon by Foxx.
