Chris Brown spoke out via live video Tuesday night for the first time since February with the statement "I'm not a monster".

The video, now Brown's official statement to fans, comes just a day prior to Brown's next hearing in the felony assault and making criminal threats case.

Sharing the video with Bow Wow, Brown says:

"Just want to say what up, cuz I ain't been out there in a minute"

"New album, going to be coming soon... working on it right now... it's called Graffiti"

"I'm about to drop a single this summer for ya'll so we ain't going no where."

"Everybody that's haters, they've just been haters."

"All my real fans I love ya'll.... I ain't a monster"

Brown made no mention of his court case in the video however, expressed disdain for blogs who said he had a black eye at the Orlando Magic Vs. Cleveland Cavaliers game in a second video, stating "all the blog sites are liars... no black eye. You guys are liars".
