After experiencing much success with the revamped ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ this year, The CW is reportedly intent upon revamping Melrose Place. According to E, the popular ’90s spinoff, which may be revamped for next fall, could be written by ‘One Tree Hill’ boss Mark Schwahn. “The deal is not done yet,” a source told E! “But it looks like it’s going to happen. I would be surprised if it didn’t go through.” ‘One Tree Hill’s status on the network remains to be confirmed as popular shows including ‘Gossip Girl’ and ‘90210,’ which currently features Lauren London, rank high on the network’s agenda.
