Jill Scott had given up on having a child of her own due to a doctor telling her she couldn't conceive but, in 2008 the newly engaged "Golden" singer found out she was pregnant !

Today Scott, pictured with Anika Noni Rose, has both sported her baby bump proudly and welcomed a little boy by the name of Jett Hamilton Roberts.

Scott and musician Lil' John Roberts welcomed their miracle baby boy in April of 2009.
